CLUB TEAM POLICY

As tryouts approach, please consider if the teams you are trying out for work well with sanctioned high school ice hockey.

In order to continue playing at the highest level of sanctioned high school hockey in the state, as was the case last year, we will expect all our players to attend all practices.

All our players must attend Eustace games over club practice.

We will do our best to work with you and your club team when there are game to game conflicts.

Starting 2008/9, we do not permit any of our players to play for Jr. Programs.

If it is your intention to play any level of Jr. Hockey,

you will not be permitted to play for Bishop Eustace.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

If a player is to miss practice due to illness or family, then an Excused from Practice Form must be delivered to the Head Coach.  The form contains the player's name, date of absence, and reason for absence.   Also, the player and one of the player's parents must sign and date the form.  A copy of the form is available by clicking on the link below.
